We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Proposal Engineer (m/f/x) to join our dynamic team of approximately 10 professionals in the Proposal and Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing technical specifications, proposing layout solutions, preparing technical and financial proposals, and liaising with clients to define project requirements. Additionally, the role involves creating presentations and animations to demonstrate machine operations to customers.

Aufgabenfeld

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Propose solutions related to layout, technical/economic quotes, and feasibility studies.
• Engage with clients to define project specifications and provide technical support.
• Develop presentations and animations to showcase machine functionality.
• Maintain continuous communication with the headquarters and all relevant company departments.
• Work on technologically advanced and customized production lines, especially in the areas of electric motors, fuel cells, assembly, and batteries

Anforderungsprofil

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German is a plus.
• Proven ability to work on complex, high-tech production lines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client interaction.
• Experience with high-tech, customized production lines, especially in electric motors, fuel cells, assembly, and battery sectors.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and technical challenges.
