Enterprise Architect (f/m/t)

▪ Responsibility for planning, analysing and designing the IT
architecture of the entire digital business landscape

▪ Contribution at the overall development of High Level Archi-
tecture of the company

▪ Promoting cooperation among development teams of differ-
ent business units to optimize architectures and development

▪ Communication of strategic themes and architecture driver to
system architects and other stakeholders
▪ Building and managing a team of IT architects

▪ Promoting reusability of existing function modules and solu-
tion parts

▪ Simplifying the quality assurance and avoiding isolated solu-

▪ Ensuring an architecture that allows customizing. Maintaining
of development capability at the individualization of product
▪ Company-wide coordination of security level, UX, deployment
requirements and SLA KPIs as well as quality criteria

▪ Technology consulting concerning solution ideas and innova-
tive approaches


▪ University degree in information technology, natural sciences or in
another related field
▪ Several years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture
Management and software development

▪ Profound knowledge on EAM methods and tools, both classic (TO-
GAF, Zachman,...) and light-weight (LeanIX-based, Iteraplan-based, ...)

▪ Strong knowledge on modeling standards (UML, Archimate, BPMN)
▪ Agile process know-how, especially on LeSS, SAVe, Scrum or Kanban
▪ Solid knowledge in designing and operating of distributed, scalable
▪ Ability to detect complex correlations quickly and derive appropriate
strategies and recommendations for IT
▪ Extensive skills in the evaluation and optimization of IT architectures
▪ Experiences in dealing with large-scale and mid-sized organizations,
also in accompanying digital transformations

▪ Highly structured way of working as well as high flexibility and hands-
on mentality

Fluent German and English language skills
