  • Leading onsite and offshore teams to create, develop and present holistic
    holistic IT infrastructure outsourcing solutions and design of the entire deal life cycle
  • Lead the infrastructure outsourcing bidding process and participate in multi-tower deals
  • Development of innovative solutions, such as target models for operations, transition plans,
    transformation journeys
  • Application of new business models and innovative methods (digitalisation, agile, etc.) in the
    design of solutions
  • Leading customermeetings and workshops
  • Designing deals, developing win strategies for large outsourcing engagements
  • Working closely with the account team to jointly create a value proposition for our
    for our clients
  • Close Collaboration with partners and alliances


  • university degree in IT or similar
  • At least 7 years of industry experience in an international environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong team orientation and excellent internal and external relationship management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the latest digital trends
  • Experience in interacting with various client representatives, from Head of IT to CxO
  • Strong analytical skills and experienced consulting mentality
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe (2 days in 2 weeks)
